    We call you back

    We confirm whether we can cover the suburb and days, and talk through the participant's needs.

  2. 02

    We meet the participant

    With their family or anyone they'd like there, and agree on supports and a service agreement.

  3. 03

    Support starts

    We introduce the support workers and keep you updated as things change.
