Feedback and complaints

We want to hear it, good or bad.

Tell us what's working and what isn't. Giving feedback or making a complaint will never affect your supports.

Tell us

You can ask someone to help you, such as a family member, friend, support coordinator or advocate. You can also make a complaint anonymously.

What we do with it

We'll acknowledge your feedback, keep you updated, and work with you to put things right. We keep your information private and only share it with the people who need it to fix the problem.

If you'd rather talk to someone independent

You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time, whether or not you've spoken to us first.

In Victoria you can also contact the Victorian Disability Worker Commission on 1800 497 132 about the conduct of a disability worker.

Getting an advocate

You have the right to an independent advocate of your choosing to help you speak up. Find one near you with the Disability Advocacy Finder, or call the Disability Advocacy Support Helpline on 1800 643 787.

Keeping you safe

We have zero tolerance for abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence. Every support worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and we report serious incidents to the NDIS Commission as the law requires. If something has happened that worries you, tell us straight away, or contact the NDIS Commission directly.

If someone is in danger

If someone is in immediate danger, call 000. To report abuse or neglect of a person with disability, you can also call the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline on 1800 880 052.
