Privacy policy
Your information, handled with care.
How Nexus Ability Care handles the personal information you give us through this website. Last updated 11 October 2026.
Who we are
Nexus Ability Care is a business name of Beaconsfield Tax Accountants Pty Ltd (ABN 42 660 948 274), 19/20 Prosperity Street, Truganina VIC 3029. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Nexus Ability Care.
This policy covers information collected through this website. Information about the supports we provide is handled under your service agreement and our obligations as a registered NDIS provider.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email (if given), suburb, who the support is for, the supports you're interested in, the best time to call and any message you write.
When a support coordinator sends a capacity check we collect their name, organisation, phone, email, the participant's suburb, days and times, funding type, worker preference, supports needed and any notes.
We ask you not to include health information, participants' names or NDIS numbers in these forms. We'll ask for what we need when we speak with you.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, check whether we can provide the supports you need, and arrange a time to meet. We don't sell your information and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Cookies and tracking
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies to tell Meta which pages of this site you visit, and that a form was sent, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people who are likely to find them useful. We don't send Meta anything you type into our forms. Meta may store this information outside Australia, including in the United States, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use a content blocker. The site works the same either way.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for a limited time to keep the site running and secure.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@nexusabilitycare.au or call 0433 568 575.
